Personal Balance: Making it all work

Today the boundaries between one’s professional and personal life are constantly blurring. The idea that a person's work life and personal life will not intermingle is unrealistic. What is even more unrealistic, is to think that juggling between ‘work’ and ‘life’ results in some sort of “equal mythical balance”.  With today’s technology, we have more flexibility with how and where we get our work done. However, this same technology also means that we’re all available 24/7. It has created a demand of instant gratification and instant connectivity where there are no boundaries and no breaks, which blurs the boundaries of work and life even further.

Join us for a candid and insightful discussion to learn how our panel share a simple and similar desire to create easy joy and meaningful engagement between the interconnected roles, relationships and responsibilities that make up their lives.
